Description
SCF, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine playing an important role in hematopoiesis, spermatogenesis, & melanogenesis
Biomolecule/Target: SCF
Alternates names: Kit ligand Precursor, C-kit ligand, SCF, Mast cell growth factor, MGF, SF, KL-1, Kitl, DKFZp686F2250.
Synonyms: Kit ligand Precursor, C-kit ligand, SCF, Mast cell growth factor, MGF, SF, KL-1, Kitl, DKFZp686F2250.
Background Information: Stem Cell Factor (SCF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity at the early stages of hematopoiesis. SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid, erythroid, and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures. Human SCF is an 18.4 kDa protein containing 165 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute the lyophilized human SCF in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solutions can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
