Description
NGF-beta, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A factor critical for the survival & maintenance of sympathetic and sensory neurons
Biomolecule/Target: NGF-beta
Alternates names: β Polypeptide, NGF, NGFB, HSAN5, β-NGF, MGC161426, MGC161428.
Synonyms: β Polypeptide, NGF, NGFB, HSAN5, β-NGF, MGC161426, MGC161428.
Background Information: Nerve growth factor-β (NGF-β) is a potent neurotrophic factor that supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human NGF-β is a homodimer, non-glycosylated chain containing two identical 120 amino acid subunits, and having a molecular weight of 13.4 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml containing 1% HSA or BSA. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 2-7 days or store at –20°C for future use.
