A small cytokine chemotactic for dendritic cells & antigen-engaged B cells
Biomolecule/Target: MIP-3 beta
Alternates names: Small inducible cytokine A19, CCL19, Macrophage inflammatory protein 3 β, MIP-3- β, EBI1-ligand chemokine, ELC, β chemokine exodus-3, CK β-11, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19, CKb11, MIP3B, MIP-3b, SCYA19, MGC34433, Beta-chemokine exodus-3, CK beta-11, Epstein-Barr virus-induced molecule 1 ligand chemokine
Synonyms: Small inducible cytokine A19, CCL19, Macrophage inflammatory protein 3 β, MIP-3- β, EBI1-ligand chemokine, ELC, β chemokine exodus-3, CK β-11, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 19, CKb11, MIP3B, MIP-3b, SCYA19, MGC34433.
Background Information: Human macrophage inflammatory protein-3 β (MIP-3 β, Exodus-3, ELC) is a member of the β-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. It plays an important role in the inflammatory response of human T cells and tissue macrophages. Recombinant human MIP-3 β is a 8.8 kDa protein containing 77 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers
