Description
MCP-4, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Chemoattractant for monocytes
Biomolecule/Target: MCP-4
Alternates names: Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-4, CCL13, NCC-1, Small-inducible cytokine A13
Synonyms: Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-4, CCL13, NCC-1
Background Information: Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein-4 (MCP-4) is a member of the β chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines. Like eotaxin, MCP-4 is a powerful eosinophil chemoattractant. Additionally, like MCP-3, MCP-4 elicits chemoattraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes. MCP-4 is a peptide of 8.6 kDa that consists of 75 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of not less than 0.1 mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at –20°C for future use.
