Description
MCP-1 (MCAF), rat recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Chemoattractant for monocytes and basophils
Biomolecule/Target: MCP-1/CCL2
Alternates names: Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1, CCL2, MCAF, Monocyte chemoattractant protein 1, Monocyte secretory protein JE, Small-inducible cytokine A2
Synonyms: Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1, CCL2, MCAF
Background Information: Macrophage/monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue microphages. Recombinant rat MCP-1 is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 125 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other buffered solutions and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
