Description
IP-10, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A chemokine attracting immune cells
Biomolecule/Target: IP-10
Alternates names: Small inducible cytokine B10, CXCL10, 10 kDa interferon-γ-induced protein, γ-IP10, IP-10, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10, C7, IFI10, INP10, crg-2, mob-1, SCYB10, gIP-10.
Synonyms: Small inducible cytokine B10, CXCL10, 10 kDa interferon-γ-induced protein, γ-IP10, IP-10, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10, C7, IFI10, INP10, crg-2, mob-1, SCYB10, gIP-10.
Background Information: Murine IP-10 is an 8.7 kDa protein produced by several cell types during the delayed type hypersensitivity response. IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant towards monocytes, lymphocytes, and certain T cells. BioVision’s murine IP-10 is a 8.7 kDa protein, containing 77 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at –20°C for future use.
