Description
IL-3, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A stimulator of proliferation of all cells in the myeloid lineage
Biomolecule/Target: IL-3
Alternates names: MCGF (Mast cell growth factor), Multi-CSF, HCGF, P-cell stimulation factor, IL-3, MGC79398, MGC79399, Hematopoietic growth factor, Multipotential colony-stimulating factor
Synonyms: MCGF (Mast cell growth factor), Multi-CSF, HCGF, P-cell stimulation factor, IL-3, MGC79398, MGC79399.
Background Information: IL-3 is a species-specific colony-stimulating factor that stimulates colony formation of megakaryocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages from bone marrow cultures. Recombinant human IL-3 is a 15.0 kDa protein containing 133 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
