Description
IL-20, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine which regulates proliferation & differentiation of keratinocytes during inflammation
Biomolecule/Target: IL-20
Alternates names: IL10, D ZCYTO10, IL-20, MGC96907, Four α helix cytokine, Zcyto10,
Synonyms: IL10, D ZCYTO10, IL-20, MGC96907, Four α helix cytokine, Zcyto10,
Background Information: Mouse IL-20 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity was determined by measuring the dose-dependent activation of STAT3 in human epidermal keratinocytes (HEK2a cells). Significant STAT3 activation is observed with >100 ng/ml of recombinant mouse IL-20
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml (Note: Gently pipetting to mix). The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers
NCBI Gene Symbol: IL21
Gene ID: 58181
NCBI Accession: Q9JKV9
