Description
IL-2, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A regulator of lymphocyte activities
Biomolecule/Target: IL-2
Alternates names: T-cell growth factor (TCGF), Aldesleukin, Lymphokine, IL-2.
Synonyms: T-cell growth factor (TCGF), Aldesleukin, Lymphokine, IL-2.
Background Information: Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor that exerts its biological activity primarily on T cells. The recombinant Murine IL-2 is a 17.2 kDa protein containing 149 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 100 mM AcOH to a concentration of 0.1-1 µg/µl to regain full activity. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers or stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
