Description
IL-17F, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells
Biomolecule/Target: IL-17F
Alternates names: IL-17, Interleukin 17, Cytokine ML-1, Interleukin-24
Synonyms: none
Background Information: Homodimeric interleukin-17F is a member of the IL-17 family of six homodimeric proteins (IL-17A-17F). Activated CD4+ T cells have also been shown to produce Mouse IL-17F. Activity studies reveal IL-17A to be the most potent, followed by IL-17A/F and IL-17F 100 fold lower than IL-17A. Recombinant Mouse IL-17F produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide comprised of two monomeric subunit each of mIL-17F. The dimer consists of 266 amino acids, with an approximate molecular weight of 29.8 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in sterile H₂O to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml (Note: Gently pipetting to dissolve). The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
