Description
IL-17F, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells
Biomolecule/Target: IL-17F
Alternates names: IL-17, Interleukin 17, Cytokine ML-1, Interleukin-24
Synonyms: none
Background Information: IL-17Fis a member of the IL-17 family of structurally-related cytokines. The six known members of this family, IL-17A through IL-17F, are secreted as homodimers. IL-17F stimulates proliferation and activation of T-cells and PBMCs. IL-17F also regulates cartilage matrix turnover and inhibits angiogenesis. Recombinant human IL-17F is a 30.1 kDa consisting of two 134 amino acid polypeptide chains.
Reconstitution Instructions: The lyophilized IL-17F can be reconstituted in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 µg/µl. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein or medium containing serum.
