Description
IL-1 alpha, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Activates TNF-α and plays a critical role in immune response regulation
Biomolecule/Target: IL-1 alpha
Alternates names: Hematopoietin-1, Lymphocyte-activating factor (LAF), Endogenous Pyrogen (EP), Leukocyte Endogenous Mediator (LEM), Mononuclear Cell Factor (MCF)
Synonyms: Hematopoietin-1, Lymphocyte-activating factor (LAF), Endogenous Pyrogen (EP), Leukocyte Endogenous Mediator (LEM), Mononuclear Cell Factor (MCF)
Background Information: Recombinant mouse Interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1α) produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 156 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. Murine IL-1α is a potent immuno-modulator that mediates a wide range of immune and inflammatory responses.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of not less than 100 µg/ml. which can then be diluted into other aqueous solutions.
