Description
Human CellExp™ IL-12, Human Recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A T cell-stimulating factor
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: NKSF, CTL maturation factor (TCMF), Cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor (CLMF), TSF, Edodekin-alpha, IL-12.
Synonyms: Human Cellexp Human Recombinant IL-12
Background Information: IL-12 is a potent regulator of cell mediated immune responses and in induces IFN-Ɣ production by NK and T cells. It is produced by activated monocytes/macrophage cells, B-lymphocytes, and connective tissue type mast cells. Among its biological activities, IL-12 promotes the growth and activity of activated NK, CD4+, and CD8+ cells and induce the development of IFN-Ɣ producing Th1 cells.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free recombinant human serum albumin.
NCBI Gene Symbol: IL12A
Gene ID: 3592
NCBI Accession: P29459
