Description
HCC-1, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine and a possible splicing factor
Biomolecule/Target: HCC-1
Alternates names: Hemofiltrate CC Chemokine-1, CCL14, HCC-1/HCC-3, NCC-2, Cytokine-induced protein of 29 kDa, Nuclear protein Hcc-1, Proliferation-associated cytokine-inducible protein CIP29
Synonyms: Hemofiltrate CC Chemokine-1, CCL14, HCC-1/HCC-3, NCC-2
Background Information: Human HerpatoCellular Carcinoma (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure. HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1 α/MIP-1 β and 29%-37% homology with other CC chemokines. The human HCC-1 is an 8.4 kDa protein containing 72 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 1 µg/µl. The solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at –20°C for future use.
