Description
GM-CSF, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine functioning as a white blood cell growth factor
Biomolecule/Target: GM-CSF
Alternates names: Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor, CSF-2, MGI-1GM, pluripoietin-α, Colony-stimulating factor, Molgramostin, Sargramostim
Synonyms: Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor, CSF-2, MGI-1GM, pluripoietin-α
Background Information: Murine GM-CSF (Granulocyte Macrophage Colony stimulating Factor) is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 124 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers or stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
