Description
G-CSF, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells
Biomolecule/Target: G-CSF
Alternates names: Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor, CSF-3, MGI-1G, GM-CSF β, pluripoietin
Synonyms: Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor, CSF-3, MGI-1G, GM-CSF β, pluripoietin
Background Information: Granulocyte Colony stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells, especially those of neutrophil lineage. In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils. Human G-CSF is an 18.8 kDa protein containing 175 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and store at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
