Description
Fractalkine, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A potent chemokine and chemoattractant of T-cells
Biomolecule/Target: Fractalkine
Alternates names: Neurotactin, CX3CL1, C-X3-C motif chemokine 1, CX3C membrane-anchored chemokine, Neurotactin, Small-inducible cytokine D1
Synonyms: Neurotactin, CX3CL1
Background Information: Human Fractalkine is a member of the newly discovered CX3C family of chemokines which contain both chemokine and mucin domain. Human Fractalkine is an 8.5 kDa protein containing 76 amino acid residues, and comprises only the chemokine domain of Fractalkine.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 µg/µl. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
