Description
FGF14, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Involved in embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion
Biomolecule/Target: FGF14
Alternates names: Fibroblast growth factor 14 isoform 1A, FGF-14, FHF-4, FHF4, SCA27
Synonyms: Fibroblast growth factor 14 isoform 1A, FGF-14, FHF-4, FHF4, SCA27
Background Information: FGF14 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. A mutation in this gene is associated with autosomal dominant cerebral ataxia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. Recombinant human FGF14 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
