Description
Exodus-2, Mouse Recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A chemokine which inhibits hemopoiesis and stimulates chemotaxis
Biomolecule/Target: CCL21
Alternates names: C-C motif chemokine 21, 6Ckine, Beta-chemokine exodus-2, Secondary lymphoid-tissue chemokine, SLC, Small-inducible cytokine A21
Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 21, 6Ckine, Beta-chemokine exodus-2, Secondary lymphoid-tissue chemokine, SLC, Small-inducible cytokine A21
Background Information: Exodus-2, also known as CCL21 and 6Ckine, is a novel chemokine produced at high levels in human lymph node tissue and the spleen. 6Ckine signals through the CCR7 receptor to recruit thymocytes and activated T cells in vitro, but is not known to be chemotactic for monocytes. Human and mouse Exodus-2 share > 85% amino acid homology. Recombinant mouse Exodus-2 is a nonglycosylated protein, containing 110 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 12 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Recommended reconstitution in sterile water at a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL
