Description
EPO-alpha, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A glycoprotein hormone that controls erythropoiesis
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Erythropoietin-α, EPO-α, Epoetin, EP, MGC138142
Synonyms: Erythropoietin-α, EPO-α, Epoetin, EP, MGC138142
Background Information: Recombinant Human Erythropoietin-α produced in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells by recombinant DNA technology is a single, polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids and having a predicted molecular mass of 21 kDa and apparent glycosylated molecular mass of 30.4 kDa. EPO-α is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1 to 1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use.
