Description
Eotaxin/CCL11, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A chemokine characterized by its high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils
Biomolecule/Target: Eotaxin
Alternates names: Eotaxin, C-C motif chemokine 11, Eosinophil chemotactic protein, Small-inducible cytokine A11
Synonyms: Murine Eotaxin
Background Information: Murine eotaxin shares many of the biological and physical characteristics of human eotaxin. The chemokine exhibits a high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils and belongs to the C-C family of chemokines, along with chemokines such as RANTES, MCP-3, and MIP-1 α. Murine eotaxin is an 8.4 kDa protein containing 74 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 µg/µl. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein or medium containing serum.
