Description
CD79B, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Required for BCR-mediated signaling
Biomolecule/Target: CD79B
Alternates names: CD79b molecule, immunoglobulin-associated beta, AGM6, B29, IGB
Synonyms: CD79b molecule, immunoglobulin-associated beta, AGM6, B29, IGB
Background Information: CD79B, also known as Igb and B29, is a 36 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. Heterodimers of CD79A and CD79B associate with a membrane bound immunoglobulin on the B cell surface to form the B cell antigen receptor complex (BCR). CD79A and CD79B are required for BCR-mediated signaling and consequently for the development and activation of B lineage cells. Recombinant human CD79B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.
