    Description
Cathepsin G, Human Neutrophil is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Involved in connective tissue remodeling at sites of inflammation
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Cathepsin G, CTSG
Synonyms: Cathepsin G
Background Information: Cathepsin G is a serine protease secreted by activated neutrophils that play a role in the inflammatory response. This enzyme degrades collagen and proteoglycan and can also cause the release of angiotensin II from angiotensin I or angiotensinogen. It has been implicated in connective tissue diseases such as emphysema and rheumatoid arthritis.
Reconstitution Instructions: Deionized H₂O
NCBI Gene Symbol: CTSG
Gene ID: 1511
NCBI Accession: P08311
