Description
Artemin, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A protein with neurotrophic properties
Biomolecule/Target: Artemin
Alternates names: ART, ARTN , EVN, NBN, Enovin, Neublastin
Synonyms: ART, ARTN , EVN, NBN
Background Information: Human Artemin, a neurotrophic factor, belongs to the GDNF family. Artemin is a survival factor for sensory and sympathetic neurons in culture. Recombinant human Artemin is a 24.2 kDa, disulfide-linked homodimer formed by two identical 113 amino acid subunits.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
NCBI Gene Symbol: ARTN
