Description
Thromboxane A2 ELISA Kitis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
A Competitive ELISA kit for in vitro quantitative determination of Thromboxane A2 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids..
Description:
Thromboxane A2 (TA2), an arachidonic acid metabolite generated from platelets is a potent constrictor of blood vessels and aggregator of platelets and causes vasoconstriction. Thromboxane A2 exerts its actions via specific G protein-coupled receptors and has been described as either a potent platelet agonist or as a weak agonist with an important role in amplifying the response of platelets to more potent agonists. BioVision Thromboxane A2 ELISA Kit is based on Competitive ELISA principle. The micro-plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Thromboxane A2. During the reaction, Thromboxane A2 in the samples or standard competes with Thromboxane A2 coated on the plate for binding to the anti-Thromboxane A2 antibody. Then Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well, and TMB substrate is for color development. There is a negative correlation between the OD value of samples and the concentration of Thromboxane A2. The concentration of Thromboxane A2 in the samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
Applications: in vitro quantitative determination of Thromboxane A2 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
