Description
Thrombin (Human) ELISA Kitis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
A Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Thrombin in human serum, plasma, culture supernatants and other biological fluids..
Description:
Thrombin is a serine protease, an enzyme that, in humans, is encoded by the F2 gene. Prothrombin (coagulation factor II) is proteolytically cleaved to form thrombin in the clotting process. Thrombin in turn acts as a serine protease that converts soluble fibrinogen into insoluble strands of fibrin, as well as catalyzing many other coagulation-related reactions. BioVision’s thrombin ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of thrombin in Human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of thrombin captured from the samples.
Applications: This ELISA kit is used for quantitative measurement of thrombin in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
Sample Typ:e Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

Features and Benefits:
Easy, convenient and time-saving method to measure the level of thrombin in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.313-20 ng/ml Sensitivity: < 0.188 ng/ml Assay Precision: Intra-Assay: CV < 8%; Inter-Assay: CV < 10% This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of thrombin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between thrombin and analogues was observed.
