Description
ACCPA (Mouse) ELISA Kitis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
A Sandwich ELISA Kit for quantitative measurement of Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibody (ACCPA) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue lysates, and other biological fluids.
Description:
Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (ACCPA) are autoantibodies that target citrullinated peptides or proteins. Citrullination or deimination is a posttranslational modification wherein peptidyl arginine is converted to citrulline by peptidyl arginine deiminases (PADIs). Citrullination of proteins is observed in inflammatory diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and cancers. In joints, the citrullination of proteins triggers an immune response that results in the formation of autoantibodies such as ACCPA against joint proteins. ACCPA constitutes about 60-80% of the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and can help diagnose RA at an early stage. Hence, ACCPA is considered a diagnostic biomarker of rheumatoid arthritis. BioVision’s ACCPA (Mouse) ELISA kit is based on the Sandwich principle to quantitatively measure the concentration of ACCPA in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. Test samples, Standards, and Biotinylated Detection antibody are added to the wells pre-coated with capture antibody and then washed with Wash Buffer. The HRP-Streptavidin is added and any unattached conjugates are washed off using Wash Buffer. The HRP enzymatic reaction is detected by the addition of TMB-substrate. Finally, the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The color developed is directly proportional to the concentration of ACCPA in the mouse sample or standard.
Applications: Sandwich ELISA Kit to quantitatively measure ACCPA in mouse serum, plasma, tissue lysates and other biological fluids
Sample Typ:e Tissue lysate Other biological fluids Serum Plasma
Alternate Name: ACCPA, CCP, anti-CCP, ACPA, Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide
Features and Benefits:
This Sandwich ELISA is highly sensitive and highly specific for the detection of ACCPA in mouse samples. There is no significant cross-reactivity or interference between ACCPA and analogues Recovery range: 85 - 105% for normal mouse serum and plasma samples Detection range: 1.563 – 100 ng/ml Assay Precision: Intra-Assay CV < 8% and Inter-Assay CV < 10% Sensitivity: 0.938 ng/ml
