Description
Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
Description: c-Jun is a component of the transcription factor AP-1 that binds and activates transcription at TRE/AP-1 elements. The transcriptional activity of c-Jun is regulated by phosphorylation at Ser63 and Ser73. Extracellular signals, such as growth factors and UV irradiation, stimulate phosphorylation of c-Jun at Ser63/73 and activate c-Jun dependent transcription. The MAP kinase homologue, SAPK/JNK, binds to the N-terminal region of c-Jun and phosphorylates c-Jun at Ser63/73.
Immunogen Sequence:Synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser73 of human cJun
Target Alternative Name:JUN , AP1 , p39 , c-Jun
Species Reactivities:Human, mouse, rat
Tag Line:/
Formulation:100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
Purification: Affinity purified
Application:Western blot, Immunohistochemistry
Positive Control:/
Application And Usages:Western blot analysis (1 µg/ml) and Immunohistochemistry (10-20 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) antibody detects only activated c-Jun when phosphorylated at Ser73. It does not react with non-phosphorylated c-Jun.
Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
