Specifity: The antibody SIT-01 reacts with an intracellular epitope of SHP2-interacting transmembrane adaptor protein (SIT) expressed exclusively in lymphoid organs. It weakly crossreacts with murine SIT.

Purity:  The purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
