Clonality:
Isotype: IgG1
Clone: [TR9]
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human
Specifity: The antibody TR9 reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD36 (GPIIIb), a 85 kDa integral membrane glycoprotein expressed on platelets, macrophages, endothelial cells, early erythroid cells and megakaryocytes. The antibody TR9 cross-blocks binding of FITC-labeled standard antibody OKM5. Anti-CD36 antibodies inhibit adhesive functions (e.g. adherence of infected erythrocytes to target cells).
Purity: The purified antibody is conjugated with tandem dye APC-Cyanine7 under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
Form: Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15 mM sodium azide
Concentration:
Storage Stability: Store in the dark at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Tested Application: Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
