Description
CGI-58 Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
Description: Comparative Gene Identification-58 (CGI-58) is a causal gene of Dorfman-Chanarin syndrome, a neutral lipid storage disease characterized by the presence of intracellular lipid droplets in tissues. CGI-58 comes from a large family of proteins characterized by an α/β hydrolase fold that activates adipose triglyceride lipase thus, may involve in lipid metabolism.
Immunogen Sequence:Synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 218 of human CGI-58
Target Alternative Name:Comparative Gene Identification-58, CGI58, CGI-58, CGI 58
Species Reactivities:Human, mouse, rat
Tag Line:/
Formulation:100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.01% thimerosal.
