Description
Caspase-6 Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
Description: Caspase-6 is one of the major executioner caspases functioning in cellular apoptotic processes. Similar as other caspases, caspase-6 is also synthesized as an inactive pro-enzyme that is processed in cells undergoing apoptosis. Caspase-6 has also been shown involving in the proteolysis of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) and nuclear lamin A.
Immunogen Sequence:Synthetic peptide mapping to the C-terminus of rat caspase-6 large fragment
Target Alternative Name:CASP6, CASP-6 , MCH2
Species Reactivities:Human, mouse, rat
Tag Line:/
Formulation:30 µg (0.2 mg/ml) rabbit anti-caspase-6 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01 thimerosal.
Purification: Affinity purified
Application:Western blot, Immunohistochemistry
Positive Control:Western Blot:Rat kidney tissue lysate, full length and cleaved. IHC: Tonsil tissue
Application And Usages:Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (5 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Jurkat cell lysate (Cat.# 2401-100), mouse intestine (Cat.# 2601-100), and rat kidney (Cat. 2702-100) tissue lysate can be used as a positive controls. The antibody detects a full length (35 kDa) and the cleaved fragment (18 kDa) of caspase-6.
Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
