Description
Acetyl-Histone H2A Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
Description: The core histone proteins (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) in nucleosome undergo different posttranslational modifications including acetylation, phosphorylation, and methylation. These modifications occur in response to cell stimuli and play an important role in regulating gene expression.
Immunogen Sequence:N/A
Target Alternative Name:H2AFX , H2A/X , H2A.X , H2AX , H2a/x
Species Reactivities:human, mouse, rat
Tag Line:Polyclonal Antibody to detect Acetyl-Histone H2A in Human samples
Formulation:100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) peptide affinity purified rabbit anti-Acetyl-Histone H2A polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
Purification: Affinity purified
Application:Western blot, ImmunoprecipitationimmunoprecImmunoprecipitationitation, Immunohistochemistry
Positive Control:/
Application And Usages:Western blotting (1-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (15-25 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Other applications have not been determined. The antibody detects 14 kDa Histone H2A when acetylated at Lys5 in samples from human, mouse, and rat origins. The antibody does not cross-react with other acetylated histones.
Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
